KAM is a couture millinery workroom that specializes in couture level hats for women using only the most luxurious of materials from all over the world, especially France and Italy. These elements include hand made silk flowers, luxury ribbon, beading, feathers, and other novelty trimmings. Some of the design elements are made in shop.

    The company has been in business for over 20 years. KAM trained and apprenticed under Skinner Studio # 9, a high end custom work shop in Oakland, California, since 1976. KAM relocated to Colorado in the spring 2007. KAM designs for high end boutiques and does custom work for private customers. KAM also does fashion design.
